The annual Beerfest is a local community event that has a big city feel. It’s a unique
cashless experience that features intoxicating attractions and top international musical
performers, a long list of smooth local craft beers, and mind-numbingly excellent Mezcals
from our friends across the border.
Be sure to claim your seat at the “Longest Bar in Texas,” a famous 121 foot long stretch of
rustic wood. Enjoy a cold drink and sample tasty, authentic food from our finest local
restaurants. The first Saturday in October, the Valley’s Original Beerfest opens its gates at
Dean Porter Park in the late afternoon, offering an evening of food, music, and fun!
Most of all, come out and be part of this great community event, which benefits many local
civic groups and charities.
